I worked alongside Nieves during a Coaching and Mentoring initiative, led primarily by her; not only did she demonstrate a complete mastery of the subject, with great experience and knowledge, but she also demonstrated a unique passion for guiding and leading people in their professional growth. She is definitely a woman I admire and fully recommend her as a mentor and coach.

It is rare to meet a professional as dedicated as Nieves. I had the privilege of working with Nieves for over 3 years, during which time we collaborated in various capacities. I was continually impressed with Nieves’ ability to cut through cultural nuances, thrive under pressure and inspire her team. And, of course, her unflappable and diplomatic way of getting things done. Nieves embodies transformational leadership and would be an asset to any organization.

I have had seven coaching sessions with Nieves covering various personal goals for my diet, helping me plan things in my life and elements of how to qualify, etc. I really enjoy the relationship I have with you Nieves. From the first day we spoke you made me feel very comfortable and gave me confidence in myself. You listen well to understand me and reflect, which allows me to process my thoughts more clearly. You also have the ability to ask good questions and make me aware of my personal strengths, relating them to my goals and then reminding me how I can break my goals down into a manageable size, as I do every day in my work life. I have enjoyed every session we have had, you understand me well which I thank you for. You are a true professional who makes sure to keep a good time and hold me accountable for my actions; thank you, as I really feel stronger for it.
